i try to go on a big fitness journey soon ! i am ancient age almost fifties! , i try to get in better shape to better weather the rest of what remains of this apocalyptic rough wastelands ruins journey! Am not sure what day yet but soon! If you starting a fitness journey too !, i wish you Good Luck !, it maybe help us survive the past apocalypses present apocolypses future apocalypses !, of all forms! Perhaps maybe even coming zombie onslaughts! (But even then it good to have lots of snacks foods and drinks and emergency supply like in all the zombie movies!, nearby just in case of emergencies of all kinds! Such as even if go on a diet it good to have emergency candy bar and fizzy drink !)
