my new fitness goal day 1 ! I have a hard time on my diets because if i mess up and accidentally not do it perfect for whole day then i feel like i already fall off my diet and fail ! so my new diet is going to be definitely imperfect !, but i still try to stay on it this time do it a little better day by day ! , to move on keep going even if imperfect ! This is my start date April 1, 2025 ! I was going to redo it for April 2!, since my diet didn’t go perfect today but I didn’t want to postpone it anymore! Like I usually done in the past!, , so i just keep it April 1 start date fitness goal and just experiment as I go through like a work in progress trials and errors ! , and try to balance it out !, in time !, if you like to do a fitness goal too don’t be discouraged if your diet journey is imperfect !, too ! (This is my start weight ! )I don’t know if I measured myself right but i did this kind of measuring tape ! I maybe set my goal too unrealistic !, but i try to lose realistic weight safely in four months ! (Please note i am not recommending any kind of diet advice!, please be safe if you are doing a fitness goal !, this is just my own personal journey experiment that i may need to adjust later as i self-study learning more about fitness and nutrition!)
