my New fitness goal ! I start on April 1, 2025 ! ( i am about 160s pounds range right now !, it may take awhile but i try to reach my best weight for my 5 feet 4 for ancient age later forties range female weight chart! ) i have been at a weightloss plateau for a long time where everyday is 160s range ! , my goal to break out of 160s range in month of April ! I got a protein powder to try ! , i like to try more different flavors someday! I try to experiment with different diets !
