day three! (Creative writing rough draft !) (i have lots of unnatural stress at my work at the manmade poltergeist warehouse ! , it is haunted inside by evil malevolent manmade forces and behind the scenes ! , is haunted too ! , by evil malevolent forces ! They are a gang of poltergeists that do unkind targeted things ! There are manmade poltergeists allover the place where I work and the area where I live! It is like a poltergeists central place where they all gather !, it makes me feel like stress snacking from copious amounts of weird invisible stress ! , and work stress ! , from all the weird manmade poltergeists ! The poltergeists may have followed from last haunted malevolent manmade poltergeists workplace too !, or even followed from some online websites that channeling poltergeists too !, and poltergeist hotspots allover too !, they maybe dispatched their poltergeists locally to unjustly haunt for them ! Who knows it could be any or many different or every groups of poltergeists! it is hard to diet when you have weird stress too !, but i think that is even a more reason to diet because it maybe help a little with insane work stress !, and evil manmade inhumane poltergeists !

diet tip one !: imperfect fitness goal unconditionally ! , fitness goal trials and errors experiment!

my new fitness goal day 1 ! I have a hard time on my diets because if i mess up and accidentally not do it perfect for whole day then i feel like i already fall off my diet and fail ! so my new diet is going to be definitely imperfect !, but i still try to stay on it this time do it a little better day by day ! , to move on keep going even if imperfect ! This is my start date April 1, 2025 ! I was going to redo it for April 2!, since my diet didn’t go perfect today but I didn’t want to postpone it anymore! Like I usually done in the past!, , so i just keep it April 1 start date fitness goal and just experiment as I go through like a work in progress trials and errors ! , and try to balance it out !, in time !, if you like to do a fitness goal too don’t be discouraged if your diet journey is imperfect !, too ! (This is my start weight ! )I don’t know if I measured myself right but i did this kind of measuring tape ! I maybe set my goal too unrealistic !, but i try to lose realistic weight safely in four months ! (Please note i am not recommending any kind of diet advice!, please be safe if you are doing a fitness goal !, this is just my own personal journey experiment that i may need to adjust later as i self-study learning more about fitness and nutrition!)

my New fitness goal ! I start on April 1, 2025 ! ( i am about 160s pounds range right now !, it may take awhile but i try to reach my best weight for my 5 feet 4 for ancient age later forties range female weight chart! ) i have been at a weightloss plateau for a long time where everyday is 160s range ! , my goal to break out of 160s range in month of April ! I got a protein powder to try ! , i like to try more different flavors someday! I try to experiment with different diets !
