A noncriminal individual may be driving and as they turn corner suddenly some woman already is there facing noncriminal ‘s direction, almost as if waiting stopped her car in middle of road out of car door open though mostly empty traffic because holiday then she start taking photos of sky right as noncriminal drive pass by ! Maybe coincidence! Then the noncriminal may be shopping in the only few stores open on holiday and some woman may pass behind her in aisle like an inch away and start doing strange sounds with her mouth !, it may sound like “shoe shoe shoe shoe! “ then a man may be nearby and watch this ! , as noncriminal glance at who walking by who just make strange sound that they do often in the noncriminals workplace and in stores! Sometimes it is whistling sometimes it is a raspy barely audible whistle sonetimes it is the shoe shoe shoe shoe sound !, sometimes intermittently singing or humming as they pass by too ! The noncriminal does not understand why they keep passing nearby making sounds unless maybe they have a sound activated microchip or something neurally mapping sounds without the noncriminals consent ! They feel like they are being open air prisoned for years by some kind of serial killers mentality group of sadistic evil individuals and groups !, but why? And who behind it ? Noncriminal just try to get a snack at the store or busy working hard and weird people keep doing multiple times weird conversations or weird noises or weird physical gestures !
